All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to Tarsolt are the exclusive property of Tarsolt. This includes:

  • The Tarsolt name and logo
  • Application design and user interface
  • Original content, writing, and graphics
  • Tarot card interpretations and algorithms
  • Software code and architecture

3. Third-Party Content

Tarsolt includes content from third-party providers. This content is used under license and remains the property of its respective owners. We respect all third-party intellectual property rights and will promptly address any infringement claims.

4. Open Source Licenses

Tarsolt utilizes certain open-source software components. These components are subject to their respective open-source licenses, including but not limited to MIT, Apache 2.0, and others. Full compliance with these licenses is maintained.

5. User-Generated Content

When you share your fortune cards or readings on social media, you retain all rights to your personal information and readings. However, you grant Tarsolt a non-exclusive license to use and display such content for promotional and operational purposes.

If you believe that content on Tarsolt infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our copyright agent with the following information:

  • Description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Location of the infringing material on our platform
  • Your contact information and statement under penalty of perjury
  • Your physical or electronic signature

7. DMCA Compliance

Tarsolt complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to properly formatted DMCA notices and take appropriate action against repeat infringers.

8. Fair Use

Nothing in this agreement restricts your rights under fair use or other applicable copyright law limitations. Fair use permits limited use of copyrighted material for criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research purposes.
