Tarsolt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, or otherwise use the content except as expressly authorized.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

4. Wallet and Transactions

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. Tarsolt is not responsible for any loss of funds or unauthorized access to your wallet. All transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible and permanent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tarsolt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the application, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tarsolt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use the application.

7. Tarot Readings Disclaimer

Tarot readings provided by Tarsolt are for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only. They are not meant to be a substitute for professional advice, medical treatment, or financial guidance. Tarsolt does not guarantee the accuracy or applicability of any reading.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
